Dear Crafters - I´m here today with my inspiration piece for the August Challenge "Colors of Life". Color is a big part of my life as it is the essence of my Art! I have always loved colors, painting, drawing and sketching. I can´t pass a beautiful yarn ball in the craft store without buying it and every Friday I buy myself a beautiful boquet of colorful flowers. 

I created a tag with some of my favourite mists from Tattered Angels. I hope you like it and enjoy the process video!

I`m back this month with new inspiration for you.

If you already saw our moodboard this month you would be in love like I am.

When I looked at it for the first time I started thinking about stiched cards with brown and fresh yellow here and there. I was also inspired by the books and included book papers, dry flowers and lots of interesting pieces.

Have you seen the see the January Moodboard, with all the pastels?
So gorgeous and it's really a dreamy moodboard.

Have folded box and there is also a matching card. 

I like the contrast between the skulls and pastel flowers.

Mixed Media Layout 'New Year' By Sharon Ziv (noomish)

New Year is HERE! 

It's always so excited to start the year and reflect the one that passed. I will now share with you that I am pregnant, and very soon (very very soon) my little noomish and her brother are going to have a little baby sister!  While waiting for that to happen I still have so many projects to finalize and one of them was to inspire you with mixed media creation for December challenge.  The amazing board was so inspiring BUT I want to share a secret! I was planning to create a mixed media deer and I was not happy with the result...many of you think that when DT member is creating it is probably always perfect! well...NO! But...I used it as the main embellishment in my layout and it was so fun and interesting...I just love it!  So....my advise for the new year:  Sometimes mistake are a great way to achieve something new and maybe even better than the one we planned.

Hi There dear readers! 

We still have some time before Christmas, and Mixed Media and Art has supplied us once again with magnificent mood board. So before everyone is seeing all with red-green or snowy colors, we have the chance to create at least one more different project. 

I was planning on covering my art journal for some quite time now and this challenge seemed like the perfect opportunity. I was influenced by the colors, textures and wanted to create some kind of an ancient stoned window.

The new challenge is just MAGICAL. 

I was really inspired by the fantasy mood board and wanted to create something that will feel like casting a spell. 

So...I found a picture of a women that looks like her dress is setting on fire and the background looked like she is the quin of the night or something and created a layout for it.

Всем привет! С вами Настя и сегодня я подготовила для вас несложный мастер-класс по созданию весенних вазочек. В них я храню мои бутоны от Prima Marketing.

За основу я взяла стеклянные баночки от детского питания. Они несколько месяцев ждали своего часа, и я очень рада, что наше весеннее задание вдохновило меня на их преображение! А вдохновилась я палитрой и картинкой со стеклянной баночкой.

Для мартовского задания я сделала арт-объект "Кофемолка".
I created the art object "Coffee grinder"  of March Challenge. 

Из нашей доски вдохновения я использовала скетч для расположения декоративных элементов, а также меня вдохновили мои любимые потертые деревянные досочки, металлические подсвечники.
Of our moodboard of inspiration I used the sketch for the arrangement of decorative elements, and I was inspired by my favourite faded wooden planks metal candle holders.
