Hello creative friends!

It's my turn to share my take on the December mood board challenge. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and that you will start crafting soon after the Holiday break. This time I've chosen to alter a star shaped gift box.

I was inspired by the elements of our mood board and by the festive season itself.

I started with applying a coat of white gesso, some fantastic, festive chipboards and crackle and texture pastes.

The December 15 - January 14 moodboard "Winter Melody":

I was inspired by the house shapes, the colors and the animals & created used different paints & mists from Tattered Angels to paint the MDF house from Woodouts.

Our December challenge is something cold and wintery, as winter in the place where I reside is always extremelly cold, I love to stay at home and create something new each year for my house. This time I have prepared some of the ordinary New Year decorations for the Christmas tree and a mini-album corresponding with the decorations to keep memories about the celebrating the upcoming year.
