Olga Bielska here and I decided to inspire you with my new canvas 

which I made for our october challenge. 

For my work I used waxes, arts stones and acrylic paint from Finnabair and Lindy's Gang spray.

Hello girls, here Ruth again!

I'm very excited, showing you my interpretation of this month's challenge. The purples have always been love when I work with them.

I decided to work, a little, with black gesso. I added branches behind the photograph (13@rts elements) imitating a nest, metallic swarm, touches of color made with brushos (13@rts pigments) following all the inspiration of moodboard :)

October challenge - Alchemy

which requires with moodboard and colors - "Alchemy"

To make this challenge this month-so I had fun taking magnificient Canvas.
I do background with scrap paper.
I put layer of gesso Gesso black for all surface.
After putting my embelhisements, frame and metal. 
  I play with micca powder in my canvas.
I'm in love with metalics look.

I add title and art stones.
Little splatters of of colors and is done :)

This month mood board is so amazing! Bottle, color, theme ... My idea started from pictures of bottle and theme. Do you remember that the main task of the alchemy was to bring gold and diamonds out of base metals and stones?

Задание октября в блоге Mixed Media & Art продолжается!

Тема мистики и загадочности... Я решила поиграть с красками палитры нашей доски вдохновения. И с помощью акрила и алкогольных чернил получился тег. На тему моих детских страхов. Тогда я боялась клоунов, все они казались злыми волшебниками... И если повернёшься к ним спиной, то превратишься в лягушку) Время прошло, я перестала бояться клоунов, но спиной к ним стараюсь не поворачиваться. Рефлекс)

The theme is Mysticism and Mystery...)) October challenge - Alchemy

Decided to play with the colors of the moodboard palette. And with the help of acrylic and alcohol inks it's turned to a tag. The subject is my childhood fears. Then I was afraid of clowns, they all seemed evil wizards ... And if you turn your back on them, you will turn into a frog...) That time passed, I stopped being afraid of clowns, but I try not to turn my back on them...) Reflex)
