Hello Scrapy Friends,

I was so excited to work on my first inspiration for MMA. I'm so happy to join to this wonderful team, thank you for the opportunity Olya.

Our recent moodboard is so soft and nice (expect the skulls :D but now I skiped it), so I used a photo about my little girl to make an art journal page. I tried to create a "dreamy" background for the photo and used flowers from the moodboard to decorate.

 This is my first white layout and I have to say, that it was quite difficult to keep it white till the end.
But still sooo much joy to create it! This month moodboard is so white and dreamy. I couldn`t help myself. It was calling me to make a layout. I took white color and used it as background.

Then the right pictures, embelishments and flowers..
DREAM come true!

Hello girls! 

Lisa here with a very mixed media messy page I created using 

some unusual colors.

'Truth keeper'

I didn't follow the moodboard this month at Mixed Media & Art, although it was beautiful

as always. I wanted to create a bold colorful look so I built up a lot of layers
under my photo using some vintage ephemera, some chipboard

that I embossed in copper, and of course splashed around a lot of the beautiful 

sprays... 7 Dots Studio papers from the 

'Dreamscapes' collection help me create my wintery scene.

Сегодня я хочу показать вам страничку, которую сделала специально для блога MMA по чудесной доске вдохновения. Посмотрите, какая восхитительная нежная палитра, воздушные и невесомые формы - именно они вдохновили меня на этот проект. У моей работы есть своя небольшая история: Я живу в Сибири и у нас почти весь январь стояли, не побоюсь этих слов, страшные холода -40! Навеянные этими погодными условиями эмоции я и хотела передать в работе.  Главная героиня - наверное квинтэссенция зимы - снежная королева, заморозила все живое вокруг и пока твердо отстаивает свои права, но мы же знаем, что это ненадолго) и с нетерпением ждем весну и теплых деньков!

Hello Mixed Media & Art friends! I would like to share my project with the beautiful january  moodboard. I was inspired by sketch, colors and some elements.

To make my work I've used old record vinyl and much more older alarm clock mechanism. I think old things are such gorgeous I don't like change their natural beauty. So, I only added some embellishments and crackle paste without changing the natural color of this mechanism.
