It's Riikka from Finland here.

I'm so honored to be asked to guest here - the projects here are always such pieces of art and everyone so talented!

So thank you Olya so much for the invite!

I really loved the collage with the different shades of blue - blue is my favorite color! The collage gave me much inspiration! I mimicked some of the elements in the collage in my piece. For example the lace-like pattern in the skull on the top photo transformed into a piece of lace in my project. Because the theme in the collage was sea what would fit better than a bottle to the piece? Instead of a message inside it, I added some glitter.

I hope you like my project and find it inspirational!

"Blue eyes" by Anastasi Kuznetsova

Всем привет! Сегодня с вами Анастасия Кузнецова. Последнее время меня очень увлек синий цвет, и мартовская доска вдохновения стала подарком для меня. Вообще, все очень совпало! Я попросила одну мою знакомую прислать мне фотографию, чтобы сделать ей подарок. И как же я обрадовалась, когда получила ее портрет с потрясающей красоты голубыми глазами :) С большим удовольствием создавалась эта страничка.

Использовала здесь мои любимые синий и голубые украшения: фишки, топпинги и пластиковые бабочки от Фабрики Декору, теги и бумагу от 7 Dots Studio (фоновый лист тоже из старенькой коллекции "Cold Country"), а также джинсу, цветы и ягоды. Ну а все, что было недостаточно синим, я покрасила спреями от Lindy's и акриловыми красками от Finnabair :) Использовала чипборд от CraftStory. Надпись гласит "Для полного счастья в жизни вам не хватает меня" :)

Today we offer a new range of shades and enjoy our moodboard! Here is awesome texture, magic blue colour and so many interesting elements for inspiration. We hope that it will resonate in the soul of everyone! You can make any work in the style of mixed-media, most importantly, specify in the description what inspired you: like sketch, elements, colour, text, shapes, textures, material  and maybe all at once! You can create any project – Card, Layout, Altered Art etc etc, but in Mixed Media style!!!

Hi! 

I was very inspired by the colors of the moodboard, I feeled the vibe of the beach on the board! So, I decided to do my layout inspired by the beach. I also used the sketch and the colors! The moodboard is so gorgeous!!!

My name is Marzena, I am Polish, full time working mother of a teenager.

I love the sea, cats, birds, chocolate, spring, tulips, purple and grey, dancing and of course crafting. I spend my free whiles on making cards, albums, canvases and lots more. I have been crafting for more than 5 years now and I am each day more into mixed media world which I discover daily. Thank you for visiting me as a GD!

With my project I was inspired both by the sketch and images, especially the one with boats on the seashore. This canvas is for my Dad who always loved fishing and I spent a lot of time with him fishing too when I was a child. See you around :-)
