Marie here today to share a layout inspired by the February Challenge "Time".

If you have kids you know that time seams to fly by. You don´t get any older while your kids just grow & grow. I love this picture of my daughter Alice from when she was about 5 years old. The loved the Pippi Longstocking blanket and used it all the time at the beach. Now she can merely wrap it around her, and hiding in it is not at all an option. When I look at the picture it seams like this was not that long ago - but as I said - Time flies when you have kids.

I have altered an old album, "Past Times"  

I have tried to catch the feeling of the February mood board. Is in it lovely?

I used some leather paper to catch the feeling of an old book.

Hello Mixed Media & Art friends! I would like to share my project with the february moodboard. I used mainly old, rusty things like: spring, tinware etc. I added some elements from the moodboard. I took from the board the colors and  mood of the past time too.

Работа по заданию этого месяца сложилась как пазл, хотя обычно мое вдохновение более локально). Я еще не наигралась со стрекозками с прошлой моей работы, а на мудборде тоже есть насекомые, поэтому я не стала отговаривать себя от них). Замочная скважина и ключ - отсылает к фото с дверью, ну а палитра и желания делать именно блокнот - это картинки с книгами. Вот такая непредсказуемая штука - вдохновение.

To make this challenge this month-so I had fun taking magnificient 7 Dots Studio papers Dreamscapes. 
I use Gesso for background, I lov it!!!!
After I do embellishments with paper and stickers. 
Just add brown colors with ecoline pen. 
Little splatters and is done :)

Today with you AnastasiaElena. Our amazing February moodboard was inspired me

on new layout with yellow, brown, green and different textures.

Я очень люблю использовать цвета и элементы с наших досок, поэтому я использовала жёлтый, коричневый и зеленый, книжные листы, каменную поверхность и штамп с крылышками. Ну а двери - моя любовь, поэтому эта жёлтая дверь главная "героиня" моей истории про время.

My story about time and this amazing yellow door is the main character of this story.

Если хотите меня чем-то вдохновить, то покажите мне старинные книги или даже просто корешок от неё.))) Мне этого будет достаточно, чтобы я засела за свой рабочий стол и сотворила еще как минимум один блокнот. Старые книги, это привет из прошлого, добрые знакомые самого Величества Времени. Его не возможно потрогать, лизнуть, ощутить, увидеть. Как бы вы оно выглядело, если бы имело плоть? Оставило бы оно само на себе следы или же  возраст не отражался бы на его внешности? Одну из версий я изобразила на обложке своего блокнота. Старинная книга с ликом времени.

It's time of our new inspiring challenge! This time we propose that you touch the nature and delicate elements So, the challenge of this month is the moodboard and the sketch - "Time". You can make any work in the style of mixed-media, most importantly, specify in the description what inspired you: like sketch, elements, colour, text, shapes, textures, material  and maybe all at once! You can create any project – Card, Layout,  Canvas, Altered Art etc etc, but in Mixed Media. We are waiting for your work of any format until March 14.

Привет всем ценителям прекрасного и красочного! Я неимоверна счастлива оказаться в гостях в самом вдохновляющем и очень мною любимом блоге)) Не знаю как удается девочкам каждый раз составлять такие вдохновляющие доски, они всегда шикарны! И дают большой простор для полета фантазий. Проведя не мало часов в раздумьях, я все таки остановилась на скетче (перевернув его вертикально) взяла желто-зеленую палитру и фон дерева. Наверное уже очень хочется весны))) Вдохновляйтесь этой замечательной доской и творите-творите-творите... Всем большое спасибо, неиссякаемого Вам вдохновения!

По нашей нежной доске, я решила сделать страничку.

Мне было интересно поиграть с не свойственной мне палитрой. А еще, попробовать сделать легкую композицию, как и наша невесомая доска.

On our gentle board, I decided to make a layout.

I was interested in playing with the palette that is not characteristic of me. And still, try to make an easy composition, like our weightless moodboard.

  В фоне у меня новая Paper Texture Paste и ржавая паста Rust Effect Paste цвет Brown Rust через трафареты. А после того как была собрана композиция, я добавила в фон спрея Lindys цвет My Mojito Green.

In the background, I have a new Paper Texture Paste and rusty paste Rust Effect Paste the color of Brown Rust through the stencils. And after the composition was collected, I added the color My Myjito Green to the Lindys spray background.

Hello friends!

На волне свадебного настроения я сделала ещё одну работу на эту тему. Подставка для колец молодожёнов. Обычно, это просто коробочка. Но я пошла дальше, и сделала вокруг коробки в виде сердца небольшую красочную поляну) В работе помогали мои любимые спреи и краски, а также потрясающая доска вдохновения в нашем блоге Mixed Media & Art!

Я вдохновилась общей палитрой и названием задания Dreams

Ведь свадебное торжестово - это всегда мечта!

On the wave of wedding mood I created one more project of this theme.

The wedding rings stand. It goes just as a box usually. But I went on and made a small colorful glade around the box in the form of  heart) My loving sprays and paints helped me, as well as an amazing moodboard of our Mixed Media & Art blog!

I was inspired by the palette and the Dreams title.

The wedding farewell is a dream always!

Для основы я взяла небольшой кусок дерева.

Дальше в ход пошли различные украшения, чипборд и кружево.

For the base I used a small piece of wood.

Further in the course went various decorations, chipboard and lace.

It's Anna Wiśniewska with You today,

presenting my project inspired by our fabulous, candy, January Moodboard :-)

To create this project - altered wooden heart - I was forced to leave my comfort zone and face to pastel, candy colors and flowers! It ws hard, but I have a lot of fun :-)

Hello Scrapy Friends,

I was so excited to work on my first inspiration for MMA. I'm so happy to join to this wonderful team, thank you for the opportunity Olya.

Our recent moodboard is so soft and nice (expect the skulls :D but now I skiped it), so I used a photo about my little girl to make an art journal page. I tried to create a "dreamy" background for the photo and used flowers from the moodboard to decorate.

 This is my first white layout and I have to say, that it was quite difficult to keep it white till the end.
But still sooo much joy to create it! This month moodboard is so white and dreamy. I couldn`t help myself. It was calling me to make a layout. I took white color and used it as background.

Then the right pictures, embelishments and flowers..
DREAM come true!

Hello girls! 

Lisa here with a very mixed media messy page I created using 

some unusual colors.

'Truth keeper'

I didn't follow the moodboard this month at Mixed Media & Art, although it was beautiful

as always. I wanted to create a bold colorful look so I built up a lot of layers
under my photo using some vintage ephemera, some chipboard

that I embossed in copper, and of course splashed around a lot of the beautiful 

sprays... 7 Dots Studio papers from the 

'Dreamscapes' collection help me create my wintery scene.
